Mr. Severn is the Owner and President of Dakota Testing & Engineering, LLC. Earl has over 18 years of experience in engineering construction, facilities, and consulting industries. Mr. Severn ensures that his clients receive the highest quality of service; timely execution, within budget, and in accordance with project requirements, procedures, and testing standards. 

Mr. Severn's experience as a construction manager offers a strong background in project management and construction materials testing to include: deep foundation observations, reinforced granular sections with geotextile fabrics, geotechnical drilling, post-tension inspection, floor flatness testing, and reporting, soils classification, asphalt mix design and testing, concrete, steel, and masonry testing, and on-site inspections.

Mr. Utter is the Professional Engineer for DTE. Darrell is registered in South Dakota and Wyoming. Darrell is responsible for the Geotechnical engineering and construction inspections, while ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality of service.

Mr. Utter's experience in design and construction inspections offers a strong background in project management and design to include; deep foundations, reinforced concrete, geotechnical drilling, soils classification, structural steel inspection, weld inspection, structural bolting, masonry testing and observation, paint inspection, and on-site inspections.

Mr. Dando is the Operations Manager and the engineer in training at DTE. Adam has almost 10 years of experience in the construction industries and in engineering. His experience includes geotechnical drilling and exploration, on-site materials testing, special inspections, and site observations for specialized foundation installation.

Mr. Dando has the American Concrete Institute Field Technician 1 certification and the bolting inspection certification.
