Owner and President of Dakota Testing & Engineering, LLC. Earl has over 20 years of experience in engineering construction, facilities, and consulting industries. Mr. Severn ensures that his clients receive the highest quality of service; timely execution, within budget, and in accordance with project requirements, procedures, and testing standards.
Earl's experience as a construction manager offers a strong background in project management and construction materials testing to include: deep foundation observations, reinforced granular sections with geotextile fabrics, geotechnical drilling, post-tension inspection, floor flatness testing, and reporting, soils classification, asphalt mix design and testing, concrete, steel, and masonry testing, and on-site inspections.

Adam is licensed to stamp within the states of South Dakota and Wyoming. Adam is responsible for all aspects of Geotechnical engineering, bidding, drilling, environmental work, and septic designs and ensuring we provide high quality, value-oriented services. Adam has over 10 years of experience in the construction industry and in engineering. His experience includes geotechnical drilling and exploration, on-site materials testing, special inspections, quality assurance roles, and site observations for specialized foundation installation.

Dani has 8 years of experience, 2 years as a project manager, and 6 years as a field technician/ special inspector. As a Project Manager, Dani has been responsible for the construction materials testing division ensuring that clients receive the highest quality of service; executed on time, within budget, in accordance with project requirements, and industry standards. Dani has experience in engineering construction, facilities, and consulting industries in the private and government sectors.
